Just simply pull the drawer out as normal, then grasp both sides of it firmly and pull. You may need to rock it from side to side a bit, but it will come out. (Mind you don't fall over backwards when it breaks free) Make sure you clean the fabric conditioner compartment thoroughly, the small round 'upside down mushroom' bit pulls off and usually reveals a load of goo!
