can i use a normal ds touchscreen in my dslight?

does any one know if i can reaplace the touch screen in my boys ds light with the touch screen of his old normal ds. is it possible plz let me know before i take them apart lol. thanks for reading

no its not, the ribbon connectors are in diffent places, u can purchase a new ds lite touch screen on ebay.
