single switch to single light. just hang new celing light other end off room want to change single switch two double switch so can use double swich for both lignhts

If it's 3 plate from the rose, take a 1.5mm t&e from the loop and neutral of the existing rose, then wire from the new rose to the switch to interrupt the live path before it goes to the live of the fitting. The blue wire should be the one that is live when the light is on, and should be identified with a brown sleeve.
