Baumatic Mega6ss Washing machine Motor is no longer working?

The machine is a few years old but looks brand new inside the casing.
Lots of life left in the motor brushes. Connections are all clean and good continuity but no sign of life from the motor.

Any ideas please?

Many thanks

The motor may be burnt out - the control board (£100) may be defective - the motor start/run capacitor may have died. There's often a motor drive transistor (Triac) on a heat sink possibly mounted on the control PCB - that might have gone - they cost perhaps £3.50 - a motor for your machine perhaps £50

Spare parts for domestic appliances are a money spinner for the people who sell them.

Alternatively an engineer or a new machine.
