i have just put in three dimplex storage heaters two XL12N and one XL18N all three were going fine but now one XL12N and one XL18N have cooled down why is this and how do i sort it

hi there..i bought Dimplex Du30ts Upright Fan Heater 3kw few months ago. today some how it fell down and stopped working. iam new to this counrty. can someone help repair it it minimal expenditure??

hey there every one i have a cdimplex or dimplex electric oil heater,it is a mobile heating unit that i have just bought with three others,one of them is leaking oil,i tightened the screw on the bottom,but it is still leaking,is this dangerous,and can i buy more oil for these mobile units,,but first i want to know if there is a way to stop the slow moving of oil dripping,it only leaks oil when it comes on,i personally dont think this is normal,andi cant figure out why they but the out -let bum screw at the bottom of the heater,it dosent make sense,should there be a rubber seal at the back of the screw,i dont know who dimplex are,but some body in dimplex isnt doing there job in the designing heaters,give me a buzz if you know how to repair my unit from leaking.my email is professoranthony@eircom.net

If you have just installed them, chances are that the cut outs have tripped, or the elements have burnt out.
First, take the cover off and (Making sure the electrics are off!!) look at the top right hand side of the heater, by the input control . You will find a reset button that you can press. If it "Clicks", then you have reset it. If it doesn't, then it will proberly be the elements.
