Just moved in and the washer is about 3 years old. If I put the washer on "smart wash" (or any other cycle) it seems to wash for more than 2 hours and never seems to turn off. I end up hitting cancel/drain. The repair people say it's working fine. Does anyone know how long the actual wash cycle is? Am I turning it off too soon?
