I just bought a TV with a built-in Video player for my little boy which worked fine until I left him with it for ten minutes and when I when back in he'd swapped the videos and the sound was coming through but the picture was snowy. I tried lots of different videos that previously worked but now there's only sound. Can anyone help please? Thanks...

Almost certainly blocked video heads.
Try a cleaning tape that uses a liquid you add to the cleaning tape.
Allow 30 mins to dry throughly after cleaning the heads.

You may have a tape thats started to shed its coating. If the same tape blocks the head again, bin it.
