our front door the handle has dropped which means i cant lift it up to put the double lock on how can we fix it

there are many reasons for your door not working. it looks like the door has droped to fix this open your door grab booth handles and lift or place a peiece of wood below the handles ie bottom of your door when your door is open and lift you only need to lift this side of your door a few mm then shut and try to lock
