Why is only steam coming out of the espresso drip part of the KRUPS FND1?

I have a KRUPS FND1 espresso machine and now only steam comes out of where the coffee should pour/drizzle out of. Is the problem a busted seal? Is it something I can easily fix? If so, how? Please advise.
