How to replace PCB?

My Delonghi Prima Donna S Delux (ECAM26.455.M) suddenly decided it doesn't want to turn on. The display is dead. Nothing on it. No beeps when powering on or off

Power cable tests OK, so it looks like an internal problem. I've ordered a replacement PCB but I can't find any info on how to open this sucker up... If all else fails, I'll start at the bottom (That's where the screws are), but some tips would be nice...

So you ordered a PCB without looking to see if there are any obvious internal faults?

Good luck with that
