How do I reduce the pressure on the water pressure guage?

The pressure guage is at the 4th bar. How do I get it down to between1.5 and 2?

Takes a while but thats how its done! Expect half a gallon of water as a round figure.

Thanks Glen. Have tried that but not sure how much water should flow. Do I let water flow until the pressure has gone down to the desired level?

The easiest way is to open a radiator vent and catch the water in a cup or bucket until the pressure goes down.
Turn off the central heating while you do this.
You need a radiator key to do it.
