Hi

I have the above washing machine (Hoover Six 1100 Washing Machine) and it does not seem to be washing the clothes, sheets etc properly - there is no fresh smell and sometimes a musty smell after a cycle- despite using softner and powder. I have checked the filter and the pipes at the back are properly connected. The rubber rim on the drum of the machine is fairly dirty and I have cleaned it as best as I can.

Any help or hints what the problem may be or to do next much appreciated?
