How can I fix my Kenmore Series 90?

Our Kenmore Series 90 washing machine will not drain or spin. When the dial hits these two items anywhere on the dial, it will continue to agitate for a minute or two and then just stop and not drain or start into the spin cycle.

How can I fix this???

Filter, pump, or hose blocked. Start by checking the filter. If you don't find any blockage then the pump itselt could be defective.
