We let some water boil too long and the microwave shut down and the display shows the word "temp". The control panel will not take any inuts so we cannot get the microwave to work with this temperature problem. I have the cover off and see no reset buttons and only the main fuse which tests good. Any suggestions?

Never mind, I figured it out myself, it was the probe sensor jack in the top center of the microwave, I disconnected that and the mike works fine, we don't know where the probe to plug in there is anyways, We haven't seen it since we left England for Germany with the microwave in 1987.
