how can i fix a buckle on my front wheel?

It's dead easy. Just remember three things
1. If you tighten one spoke nut by 90 degrees you must loosen one next to it by 90 degrees. ad infinitum
2. if you are working on a spoke nut at the top of the wheel, turning the nut to your left will tighten and vice versa
3. if you tighten a spoke, the rim moves toward the spoke you tightened.

Go real steady to start with. A 5mm movement in the rim takes about a 90 degree turn in spokes.

Bon Chance!

Its possible, Tony, but your best option is to buy a new wheel. Labour costs, etc.
