Shower pressure?

Hello

I am not the best person at DIY so i am wondering if this is something I can fix myself.
We rent a property in a low water pressure area so we cannot make too many changes and won't because we would be wasting our money.
Our shower is the only problem, i have tried different shower heads and have found the best one for it but it still is terrible.
We have no combi boiler so the preheated water comes from the tank in the loft.
The shower is not an electric shower, it is attatched the the taps in the bath.
Is there anything I can do or buy that will help get the water flowing a little quicker so we can have a decent shower?

First the cold water strage tank that feeds the hot water cyelender to your shower should be no less than 1Mtr above the top of your shower head, the heigher the better( when you are standing under your shower head )
Second if you are useing a gravity fed shower the cold water supply to that shower should be taken from the cold water tank that feeds your hot water cyelender
