I have a Ferolli Combi boiler. 2 nights ago I accidentally turned the pilot light off by turning the igniter button. I haven't needed hot water or heating until today, but the pilot light will not light.

After reading other solutions, ie holding ignition switch for longer to get rid of air or running a tap and trying to light etc I have still not been able to light the pilot.

I spent 10 minutes holding ignition switch with no result except a sore thumb.

Any suggestions? Thanks
