my windows and doors are 8 years old should i be woried about the seals ?

although my windows and doors look in good shape and are cleaned regular { window cleaner } does this protect the seals or should the seals be cleaned oin there own right .

Do you mean the silicon seal around the perimeter of the window? the rubber gaskets? or the sealed unit? In any case if you have no problems then don't worry, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
