Should the bottom interior lip of a double glazed door reach the floor? ?

Hi! I've just had double glazing fitted and have just noticed that the interior lip of the back door does not reach the wooden flooring (original). Presumably it has been designed for carpet to go underneath but I am not planning to put any carpet down. Should it be changed? - The gap between the double glazing and the floor is approx 0.4cm
Many thanks for your advice!

If the door were any lower it would scrape along the floor and then you would be complaining that it was too low.

The questions you might ask yourself are:...

Is there a draught blowing through the door?
Could I fit carpet or lino if I wanted to?
Does the door open and close without effort?
Can I lock and unlock the door easily?
Is the door hung vertically so thet the gap underneath remains the same as the door swings on its hinges?
