Hi i have a baxi bahama 100 and the preasure keeps falling. there is no visible evidance of a leak anywhere in the house even though i do top the boiler up nearly every day.also the expantion pipe on the outside is constantly dripping which mr plum suggested it could be any idea on the cure

Hi Glen
sounds like the pressure relief valve connected to the safety pipe is letting by,may need replacing.
