Boiler buzzing loudly?

We have an 11 year old boiler (Ideal Classic FF270) which generally functions well but intermittently makes a loud buzzing noise once on for a while (say 20 minutes plus-only happens with the heating, not the water) and the cabinet feells pretty warm. Any ideas/solutions?

Thank you

I've got one of these too, with the same symptoms. It seems that the heat eventually dries the grease in the flue fan which then seizes. Mine did. if yours is making these noises from the top/rear of the unit, get it seen to as it will fail and then you have no boiler.
