I have a Tennyson Cast electric fire in a Bronte Suite by Flamerite. although the fire is twelve months old I have only used it for a couple of hours in all that time. Today I decided to turn it on and here is no light on the fire and I cannot turn it on either manualy or with the remote control, I have checked the fuses they appear alright, any clues?

Hi

I am about to purchase a Bronte suite from flamerite but am unable to view one beforehand at a showroom. In your opinion are they a good looking fireplace suite? Does it look pretty realistic? Does it sit well against the wall? Obviously you have had problems with it but overall how would you rate it?
Hope you could help as i am considering a purchase very soon.
