worcester 35cdi lockout problem?

hi.I have a worcester 35cdi which is going into lockout when hot water is turned on. if heating is already on hot water works fine .Tried changing airflow switch and checking voltage to fan witch seems to be working fine.please advise

Would it still be overheating problem if it happens as soon as turned on?

boiler may be overheating on hot water beeing used possible cause scaled plate heatexchanger blockd up,
need to descale it. other wise there is no problem in boiler functioning as you describe
