I have just bought a digital recorder, (model DPVR801). It is plugged into a digital aerial which was only fitted a year ago. It finds all the channels and the picture is excellent. However when I try to record every time a message comes up saying 'unable to start recording...the signal is too weak'. Is this fixable or should I complain to the retailer?

i used black ariel lead that normally links ariel out to tv,put in ariel 2 in then to ariel 2 out on the digital recorder then found it allowed me to record 2 channels at same time or watch one whilst recording another.

You have an aerial problem. Probably alignment or the connectors.
