I am able to switch the player ON & OFF without difficulty, but the player doesn't show me anything beyond the main menu. Whenever i press a button, the page opens for 1 sec and it goes back to the main menu. This happens with all the buttons in my player. The play/pause button does not respond when it is pressed. I am not able to play any of the songs. Please help me. Its been like this for more than a month.
