hotpoint dwf60 dishwasher?

when i turn the dishwasher on i can hear the moter but it doesn't fill with water its like it stuck

I'm having the same problem, for what I know so far the dishwasher think its too full of water so it's constanly emptying itself and wont move onto the wash cycle.
