How can i fix my Vokera 20/80 rs flowmatic boiler?

I am having problem with my Dhw water,it heats up and carry's on heating water get very hot does not go to low flem when reaching 60c as set,heats up to 85c plus and knocks off pilot light.C/heating ok.
put new dhw thermostat,C/heating thermostat,clean fan,ventori and check pressure switch.what could be problem
