pulsating and leaking?

my pressure washer fell over on its side while I was working and now it pulsates and is leaking also pressure not to good can I fix this, it is a powercraft 2.1kw

Pulsating normaly means that there isn't enough watergetting to the machine....Clean out the inline filter, where the hose meets the washer. As for the leak, ..If you're clever , take off the cover to locate where it's leaking, and, if it's between two surfaces that can be dismantled, take appart and seal with a liquid gasket. (Locktite do it) ONLY ATTEMPT IF YOU'RE CONFIDENT. If not...Chuck it away and start again.
