my tv screen says " NO SYNC "?

i have a mogen 15 inch lcd tv . it has worked fine for 3 years but the other day it cut off and displayed the signal "NO SYNC" now i can not get my tv to work.any idears bearing in mind i have checked the aerial. thanks.
