repressurising system 28CDi?

I am trying to repressurise the systen on my Worcester 28CDi. I have problems getting the key to engage into the corresponding cut outs and so cannot re pressurise the system. Any help would be appreciated

if you look very close you'll see the insert possion
on the cut out its black on black and not very visable
