How do I change the brushes on a Bosch WFX145SGB washing machine?

My Bosch WFX145SGB appears to be working OK except the motor does not run and I suspect the brushes but I can see no way of changing them as access is virtually impossible

BOSCH EXXCEL 1400 WASHING MACHINE MODEL No. WFX145SGB

BRUSH REPLACEMENT

Brushes cannot be replaced in situ. The motor must be removed.

Disconnect electricity, water, and drain hose.

To remove the motor:

Remove the top and rear panels.

Lay the washing machine on its front, supported by cushions. (water may come out of the soap dispenser)

Remove the drive belt.

Remove the 2 screws securing the motor to the drum assembly.

Cut the cable tie securing the wiring loom to the motor, to allow freedom to move the motor.

Lift the motor from behind off of its 4 supports (the 2 that the screws were removed from, and the 2 slide off ones at the rear).

Lay the motor gently in the front of the machine and remove the yellow cable connector by pressing the 2 clips inwards at the top.

Lift the motor out.

To replace the brushes:

Remove the spade connectors.

Remove the brushes (fiddly!)

Fit the new brushes and replace the motor by following the above steps in reverse order.

Be careful to fit the yellow connector in the correct position. The uncovered terminal is farthest away from the brush.
