I have an LG Tromm washer, model number 2487hrm that is displaying the LE error code. The first time it happened, I unplugged the washer, plugged it back in and it worked. Now when I plug it back in, it goes to the LE error when I try to set it for a wash. How do I access the areas I need to check?

A new Hall Effect Sensor is needed.

This is accessible from the rear or the washer.

Unplug washer.
Remove access panel.
Remove rotor.
Remove stator/disconnect wiring harness.
Remove Hall Sensor (very carefully--try not to damage the white plastic tabs that secure the Hall Sensor the stator.
Re-install components in reverse order.
