USB Mouse Failure?
On my Advent 9117 Laptop I have been using a Belkin USB Mouse (wired), and a Verbatim USB wireless mouse for manyn months.
Two days ago both failed and I am no having to cope with the rubbish design of a touch pad (that scrolls the screen whenever I try to move the mouse into a different position line on a page or box in an Excel table).
The Control Box - Mouse information tells me I have a PS2 Mouse and that it is working properly!
Any ideas on what has gone wrong?
