if you deleted photos to your recycle folder on the desktop, click on it and restore all the files that you want. if they are not there google that same quaestion there are various software to restore them, but the more you use the pc the less chance of recovery, as the they will get overwritten

use an undelete program, as long as you havent formatted your hard drive with drive wipe or similar program this should be very easy to recover using a undelete program, my favourite one is below.
