You Need To Use The Command Expand To Run this E.g.

expand [cd drive letter]:\i386\command.co_ c:\windows\system32\command.com

expand [cd drive letter]:\i386\config.nt_ c:\windows\system32\config.nt

expand [cd drive letter]:\i386\autoexec.nt_ c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt

And Also If This Problem Comes Back Also Expand Yhese Files like this:

expand [cd drive letter]:\i386\autoexec.nt_ c:\windows\system32\autoexec.bak

expand [cd drive letter]:\i386\autoexec.nt_ c:\windows\system32\autoexec.win

expand [cd drive letter]:\i386\autoexec.nt_ c:\windows\system32\autoexec.old

and Do The Same For All Of Them Good Luck!!

Your Tips Are Very Handy About 16 bit subsystem busy
I Have Found that using windws xp when this problem occurs
it is useful to use the windows 2000 or nt disks not windows xp because on some Windows Xp Disks There Is A Malfunction in a part of the disk...

If you are running windows XP you will need to insert your windows CD. Then press start and go to run. Type CMD then press OK. Type these into the command prompt:

Copy [cd drive letter]:\i386\autoexec.nt_ c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt
Copy [cd drive letter]:\i386\config.nt_ c:\windows\system32\config.nt
Copy [cd drive letter]:\i386\command.co_ c:\windows\system32\command.com

Now try your program again.
