When I turn it on, it fills intermittedly then stops and beeps, with the short wash light and the rinse light on along with the slow and hold lights. After about 30 secs this changes and then the last rinse light and the slow and hold lights on. It keeps beeping during this process. I have tried turning it off to see if that works but it keeps happening, Can you help?

Both of those errors point to a fault with the pressure sensor for the water level which would require replacing the main control board to fix. Before going to that expense I would suggest you get someone in to look at it & check everything else is ok and give you a quote. It is a fairly old model. About 13 to 14 years old.
