how can i fix my car alarm?

my renault laguna 1600 rt w reg alarm will not operate from my key fob, i have put new batteries in the fob but still it will not lock, or unlock the car. can you please tell me where the sensor is located in the car.

hi gary, there is a procedure you have to do with the key fob when you change the batteries it should tell you in the owners manual
