usually easy to replace the keyboards but the cost varies considerably. The connectors are usually quite delicate so dont force anything have a search on the web for your particular laptop to see if there is instuctions on there for it.

assuming its a desktop keyboard, strip it wipe it rebuild it, but as these are as low as a fiver from major supermarkets i'd replace it
