How do I fix my Singer Fashion Mate 223?

My tension assembly fell apart on my Singer Fashion Mate 223. I'm pretty sure I didn't put it back together properly. Is there a diagram anywhere showing how the parts should be put together or any other instructions regarding how to reassemble?
