Door Hook rails?

I tried to fix a wooden rail to hang up my clothes on my bedroom door with 4 hooks in it. The door itself is a very cheap soft plywood. For some reason everytime I try to tighten the screw it just keeps on turning without getting tight. The screw hole where I tried to tighten on the door has now got bigger. Couple of times the screw got lost inside the door itself. Can someone plse guide how to solve this problem

Not a joke its called this website www.Alibaba.com
enter in the search bar spring toggles up comes picture of spring toggles. First picture has the spring toggle the wrongway round the V shape should be facing the bolt/screw head. You now know what they are.

Use two long ones Measuer thickness of door as you might have to cut a bit off the bolt/screw if you can't get exact size but remember you have to allow for the spring toggle to fit through the hole that's why | said long ones.
1..Mark a level line on the door where you're fitting the hanger.
Hold the hanger bar on line you've just marked and drill the two holes size of the toggle bolt/screw NOT THE SPRING TOGGLE, through the hanger bar and door.
2. Remove the hanger bar and then you can drill out the holes in the door panel to fit the size of the spring toggle when it's closed up ie: squeeze the arms together and guage size of hole needed.

3. You are now ready to fit the bolts/screws through the hanger board and re-fit the spring toggles ensure the closing or V shape faces the back of the hanger bar NOT the door.
4. Start off by easing both toggles in to the holes in the door once aprox half way place your thumbs over the bolt/screw heads and push the hanger bar in the spring toggles should then be pushed through the holes in the door and open up .

5. PUll on the hanger bar to make sure it's holding and the spring toggles have opned up and while holding some pressure on the bar tighten the bolt/screws this will pull the spring toggles against the inside of the door ply board panel. Job done.

There are varioous styles of cavity toggels but I think the fischer spring toggles would be more beneficial.
Hope this is clear.
