My Panasonic DMREZ25EB DVD recorder has developed a fault. Itwill not play a pre-recorded disc or record a program. The screen shows "Incompatable TV System Setting" but will not allow me to open SETUP to make adjustments. In the recorder window sometimes shows UG1 or U61 presumably a fault code.
