few different things here. sounds like no water out of taps is caused by the cold feed into boiler is turned off (5 isolation valves have to be in same position under boiler) when the cold feed isolation valve is turned back on, turn the long blue filling knob downwards slowly..you should hear water filling in slowly..when the pressure gauge reaches a little over one..wind the blue knob back up, then that should sort it out
