I've got 2 Sharp VHS recorders both can not take VHS tape in recently,when I pushed the tape in it's try to swallow the tape difflicutly and finally it pushed it back.

Okay your vhs may be broken this happens to me a lot. This is probably also common with a combo tv/vhs. Ummm I think if you put it in it'll make a sound for like 2 seconds then apply pressure while trying to lift the tape a little bit. it should go in. Mine always goes in. But like i said be careful something's obviously wrong. Make sure the screws are in teh vhs tape to.
