Locked out of my Matsui VP 9606?

I have forgotten my code and it has locked me out for putting the wrong code in 3 times. It tells me it is locked to me and my postcode!

I just cannot remember my code, what can I do? Please help.

.On the recorder (not remote) press programme up button and otr button together for about 5 seconds. This works for canceling a pin, I don!t know if it works if you are completely locked out.
