MY PANASONIC TAU WOULDNT TURN ON SO I UNPLUGGED IT, PLUGGED IT BACK IN AND IT CAME ON. NOW THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE COLOR IS ALL MESSED UP. THE SCREEN HAS A ROUND RAINBOW EFFECT TO IT. HOW CAN I FIX THIS?
