FIXING SHOWER CORD SWITCH ?

When pulling the cord to switch off the shower the cord came free from the ceiling attachment. I have managed to remove the attachment from the ceiling and opened the screwdown box which was inside. However all the parts came loose and I am unsure how they all go together again! There are two plastic levers one of which connects to the on/off indicator, one large spring and two smaller springs, also two small copper plates each with a raised dimple. I may have to buy a complete new switch unless I can fathom out how to reassemble the unit.

your better off buying a new pull cord, putting back a existinf switch/pullcord is never easy and on many occasions they allways go again and again. when a new pullcord is around £10
