Firstly the model number does not match. The 051 was an MW051 not QW. That makes it a phase 2 model. However the fault code you see (3rd light) is an error code for a phase 1 machine & refers to a drain pump problem. Should have no bearing on the fill valves filling slowly unless the water is draining out while it is filling. If it is not draining then I can only suggest that the controller may be faulty but it would be wise to call someone out to check for any other possible reasons first.
