first things first.once you have reset the boiler? can you hear the fan run? if so you should then hear a faint click, you might need to put your ear to the boiler for that one, thats the air pressure switch working from the fan, with that working. you should then be able to hear the boiler ticking, this is it trying to ignite the gas. if you can hear the clicking but its not lighting your getting no gas to the burner chamber or its sparking in the wrong place. so in summary no clicking either the electrode an lead need replacing, failing that the p.c.b if you can hear the clicking but its not lighting, blocked gas injector or gas valve needs replacing, failing that pcb again. o an if it does light up but only for a second or two, the rectification device is no good an needs replacing failing that again pcb, all that said the only person that can really get your heating back up and running is a gas engineer
