How do I get the bobbin tread to pull up?

The bobbin wont catch the tread from the needle. how do we fix it so that it will work?

Hello Kayla,
try a new needle and make sure it is in the correct way round, failing that email me and I will attach timing instructions, type my address as you say it not as you see it.
