i connected my mp3 player to the computer to put more music and when i disconnected it after it had finished i tried to turn it on and the screen just only shows the power sign and thats it and wont do anything else and the only thing i can do is press the reset button which i pressed several times and all it does is turn off and i tried everything and it will not work. i really need help
